14-Day Return Policy:

• You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange, or refund.

Canceling or Changing an Order:

• If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order.
• We will notify you as soon as possible regarding changes or cancellations related to your order.
• Changes to a jewelry item may result in additional costs and potential delays.
• Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot process changes or cancellations.
• Customized items cannot be returned, changed, or refunded after placing an order due to the personalized crafting process involved.

Diverting Packages:

• Diverting packages to alternative addresses is not possible if the package is already in transit. For inquiries about address changes during transit, please contact the carrier.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 1-3 days after payment is received.
• After processing, items are shipped based on your location/address. Cancellations after this time are not possible, so please double-check your order items and shipping information before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

• Real gold and 925 silver jewelry, due to their high value and custom crafting, cannot be returned.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered.
• Items without the jewelry tag, box, or that have been worn, damaged, or altered cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged and will be returned at the customer's expense.
• When returning, exchanging, or refunding, please do not send the package to the address it was originally sent from. Instead, contact us for further instructions.

Important Notes:

• Please do not remove the jewelry tag until you are certain you want to keep your item.

Refund Process:

• Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package.
• Refunds will be issued only after 7 business days following receipt of the returned product to ensure it has not been used.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as per your request.
• If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded in the form of store credit. Shipping charges and additional service charges are not refundable.

Warranty:

• Belingos offers a full warranty on your order, ensuring your product is covered and that you receive your exact item.
• This warranty covers defects in design, manufacturing, and workmanship from the day you received your order.

Warranty Terms:

• Customers are responsible for the shipping fee when returning items.
• Ensure items are securely packed as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Use a trackable shipping method for returning items.
• We may void the warranty on items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear," as determined by our jewelry professionals.
